In my opinion, Traumeel is a wonder-product. I first encountered Traumeel after a serious roll-over accident that left me badly bruised and in a lot of pain. My Accupuncturist recommended the Traumeel pills (for internal consumption) along with the Traumeel cream to rub gently into the bruised skin two times a day. I still use the cream for bruising and aching muscles. I wouldn’t be without it and was so pleased to find it here on Amazon.
